How Can I contact You ASAP?

Do you have an office for in person visits?
No. All appointments take place through a HIPAA compliant, secure Telehealth portal. Your intake forms, waivers, and recommendations are all stored securely in this portal. Via this portal, you can book appointments, access your documents, message me, and make payments.
What Can I Expect for the First Appointment?
Initial bookings must be made at least 1 week in advance.
Upon confirmation of booking, you will receive a link to sign up for the Telehealth portal Practice Better. In this HIPAA compliant, secure portal, you can safely make a payment for upcoming services.
You will then receive forms to complete directly in the portal, due at least 1 business day prior to appointment. Plan for 15 min to fill out the intake form (have all of your most recent labs at hand, including last CBC & CMP). The 3 day food diary with instructions can be filled out directly on the portal, or a pdf can be provided.
When we meet, we will discuss your intake form & food diary, goals & preferences, and with consent I will perform a Nutrition-Focused Physical Exam. This consultation will take approximately 90 minutes. We will determine initial goals and follow up appointment.
I then spend hours documenting your case, solidifying recommendations with references, and compiling resources that I will send to you.
Do you run your own practice?
Yes. I am legally practicing as a nutritionist & am fully insured as a nutritionist in MA. My practice is currently set up as a DBA, with LLC coming soon.
What is your payment policy?
All payments are due after booking and prior to your appointment, with a secure payment made in the Telehealth portal. The 3 month plan is to be paid in advance and in full. Payment in non-refundable, but appointments can be rescheduled. As a small business owner, I thank you for your understanding.
There are limited consultation slots available for a sliding scale. Please contact for more information.
Will Fees Change?
Yes. Pricing is subject to change. In Winter 2025 fees will increase upon completion of varying certifications.
What is your Cancellation policy?
All appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. No shows are non-refundable and the appointment is forfeited. I retain the right to reschedule appointments if/as needed, and will ask what days/times work for you.
Do you take insurance?
Not at this time.
Should I talk to my doctor?
Yes. It is always recommended to discuss diet & lifestyle changes with your healthcare provider before implementing. I will always stay within my scope of practice and will refer out as necessary. I will work with your healthcare providers, encourage you to share the recommendations I provide, and will never go against their medical advice.
What are your credentials?
I obtained a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition, graduated with honors from Sonoran University of Health Sciences (This cutting edge, 52-credit program goes beyond the standard 32-credit MS in Nutrition program). Having passed my board exam, I am on track for certification and licensure following completion of my remaining supervised practice hours. At this time, that means you receive my input as well that of my highly credentialed supervisor(s).
Can I purchase supplements through you?
Yes. I offer supplements via Fullscript at this time. This supplier will ensure properly packaged, temperature controlled delivery of products that are not subject to counterfeit, tampering, or early expiration as are commonly found from many online retailers. While you may not receive any supplement recommendations, I do kindly request that those recommended are purchased via your Fullscript account.
How do I know i’m welcome here?

Can a friend/partner/family member join me for my appointment?
Please contact me via the health portal once our appointment is confirmed to arrange for guests.
